The Artist Behind the Atelier

Hi, I’m Sydney Romero, but most call me Syd.

I'm the artist behind Sydney Romero Atelier, a visual storytelling brand based in La Grange, Texas.

"Atelier" is a French word for an artist's working studio. For me, that studio unfolds in open fields,

small-town streets, or in any space that feels like you.

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. What began as a hobby quickly grew into something I couldn't ignore- a calling to document stories with intention.

In late 2022, I took the leap and committed fully to this work. Since then, I've built a business rooted in atmosphere, connection, and thoughtful storytelling.

I’m deeply grateful for the support system that encouraged me to pursue my dream - especially my mom, who has believed in me from the very beginning.

Now I get to do what I love: create meaningful, lasting imagery for people who value story as much as I do.
